Chicken Adobo

I cannot take credit for this juicy dish I walked into tonight! My husband did dinner and I of course had to clean. You have to check out the directions. It is so easy and packs on flavor!   


1 whole chicken fryer, cut up
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cloves of minced garlic
2-3 Bay leaves


In a big pan brown chicken in olive oil
Add remaining ingredients
Cover meat with water and cook on low heat covered for 1 hour
Serve over rice - optional
