Buffalo Chicken Dippers

Yes! Buffalo Chicken Dip flavor again…but it was super bowl so I had to do it! This recipe was made intentionally for the Get Social with Mini Fillo Shells Contest. Rules: no more than 5 ingredients. Who knows…we may be on a winning streak. The picture isn’t desired due to the fact I was at a party!


30 Athens Mini Fillo Shells (2 boxes)

8 oz chive and onion cream cheese

1 10 oz can white chicken meat in water, drained and shredded

1/4 cup hot wing sauce

1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese


Preheat oven at 350ºF.
Mix cream cheese, chicken and hot wing sauce. Fill each mini fillo shell with chicken mix and place on a non-stick cookie sheet. Top with pepper jack.
Bake filed shells in oven for 20 minutes.
