Ranch Chicken Orzo


QUICK DINNER ALERT!
Quick.
Easy.
Simple.
Yummy!

Ingredients:

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups light ranch dressing
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
12 oz. orzo pasta
2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Parmesan, grated

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Chop chicken into tiny cubes. In a 9x13 pan mix chicken, ranch, pepper and salt. Bake for 20 minutes and set aside.

Cook orzo according to package. 

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté broccoli and garlic for about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl mix ranch chicken, orzo, broccoli and Parmesan.
