The 2013 Build a Better Burger contest is right around the corner. My first attempt was good, but not $100,000 good!
This juicy burger is infused with balsamic vinegar and garlic and stuffed with creamy goat cheese. Topped with sauteed Walla Walla sweet onions and cremini mushrooms, what makes this extra special is the balsamic and goat cheese mayo spread liberally on a Kaiser roll.
This burger was a 4th of July camping hit, but not quite ready for the contest stage. Tomorrow I will be kicking it up a notch for what I hope to be a big winner this year. Stay tuned for more burger action.
