“Orange” Pumpkins

Tasked at making a semi-healthy snack for the Montessori School Halloween Party, I turned to Pinterest. Apparently other people did as well! There were so many creative snacks I was so impressed.  Regardless of the other treats I was glad to provide this fruit snack to balance out all of the sugar!

2 dozen Satsuma’s
24 sweet and sour licorice stems
12 gummy worms cut in half
1 small tube black decorative frosting

Peel all oranges.

Stick licorice stem in top hole.

Slit one side and insert half of a gummy worm.

Using the black frosting tube draw a pumpkin Jack-o-lantern face.
