Asparagus Black Forest Ham Roll-ups

I have been racking my brain for new lunch ideas low in calorie, high in protein and filling of course! Wrapping asparagus with a little low fat cheese and thin black forest ham slices was super easy and fun to do with the kids. After an easy prep and quick roast I had dinner and several lunches ready to go! I didn't measure everything out, but you get the picture.

Ingredients:

Asparagus
Olive oil
Garlic pepper seasoning
Black Forest Ham thin slices
Low-fat Swiss slices, sliced lengthwise strips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Trim asparagus, drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic pepper.

Roll asparagus pieces over a slice of ham starting on one side with a thin strip of Swiss.

Roast for 12-15 minutes. Eat now. Eat Later. You get it!

Calories for 4 of these:
Ham = 60
Swiss = 50
Asparagus = 30
TOTAL = 140
