Baja Shrooms


I can't stand eating the same thing over and over....so here's a twist on sautéed mushrooms and onions. 

1lb mushrooms sliced
1 white onion sliced
1 tablespoon butter
Zest from 1 lime
Juice from 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter until caramelized. Add lime juice/zest and seasonings and cook 5 minutes more.
