Southwest Buffalo Turkey Balls

1 lb ground turkey breast
1 egg
1/4 cup Buffalo Hot Sauce (Shurfine brand is clean)
1/4 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup frozen corn
1 15-oz can low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced orange pepper
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

In a large bowl, combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and mix well. Shape into about 24 meatballs. In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high. Add meatballs and cook for 5 minutes until browned on all sides. Add corn, beans, tomatoes, pepper, broth, lime juice and cumin and mix well. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through. Stir in cilantro and serve.
