I had the same question. "Eating clean,” is a concept that stresses healthy, whole, unprocessed foods. But here are the commandments:
- Choose whole, natural foods and seek to eliminate or minimize processed foods.
- Choose unrefined over refined foods.
- Include some protein, carbohydrate and fat at every meal.
- Watch out for fat, salt, and sugar.
- Eat five to six small meals throughout the day.
- Don’t drink your calories.
- Get moving.
